How can I increase or prolong the life of the battery on my Motorola Cliq?

when I use it in its entirety (play music and messaging), it takes about 6 hours and without using too much about it only last 10 hours … I still have my WiFi and GPS turned off and the brightness is always 0% Please give me advice and suggestions THX to prolong my battery life
