Is there an emulator available for PC Garmin GPS?
Is it possible to operate a GPS tracking system on your PC?
I do not know if is classified as an emulator but not http://www.gpsunitsandaccessories software uses an antenna to your PC, a GPS navigator. I checked this while looking into a new Nuvi 265WT I just to buy them. Check it out at http://www.gpsunitsandaccessories.com/product/32028 Hope it helps.
